pkr36 Terms & Conditions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "pkr36," "we," "us," "our" refers to the pkr36 platform and its operating entity, an internationally licensed online gaming operator.
• "Platform" refers to the pkr36 website accessible at pkr36.com, including all sub-pages, mobile-optimised versions, and any future applications.
• "Player," "you," "your" refers to any individual who registers an account or accesses the pkr36 Platform.
• "Account" means the registered player account created upon successful completion of the pkr36 registration process.

These Terms & Conditions are effective as of 1 January 2026 and supersede all previous versions. pkr36 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. pkr36 may, at its sole discretion, require players to expressly re-confirm acceptance of updated Terms & Conditions before continued access to the Platform is granted, particularly where amendments are material in nature.

To register and maintain a pkr36 Account, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. pkr36 strictly prohibits underage gambling. Age verification will be conducted during registration and may be requested again at any point during your use of the Platform.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, and other non-individual legal persons may not register a player Account.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful registration information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player with pkr36 or subject to any cooling-off period at the time of attempting to register or access the Platform.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.

pkr36 reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify your identity, age, and residential address at any time. Acceptable documents include a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport, or other government-issued photo identification. Proof of address may be requested in the form of a recent utility bill, bank statement, or similar document issued within the preceding three months.

Each player is permitted to hold only one registered Account on pkr36. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts, whether under the same or different identities, is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension, forfeiture of bonus funds, and may result in forfeiture of real-money balances where fraud is established.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pkr36 Account login credentials, including your username and password. pkr36 strongly recommends that you use a unique, strong password and enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available.

You must not share your Account login credentials with any third party, allow any third party to access your Account, or use another player's Account. pkr36 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials.

If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify pkr36 immediately by contacting our support team. pkr36 may temporarily suspend your Account pending an investigation into any reported unauthorised access.

• All Account activity conducted using your login credentials is deemed to have been carried out by you, unless you have previously notified pkr36 of a suspected security breach.
• pkr36 reserves the right to suspend an Account where unusual or potentially fraudulent activity is detected, pending verification.
• pkr36 will never ask for your full password via email, live chat, or telephone.

pkr36 supports deposits and withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Allied Bank, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. pkr36 reserves the right to add, modify, or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your pkr36 Account in real time in the majority of cases. Minimum deposit amounts apply per payment method and are displayed in the cashier section of your Account. pkr36 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and may require you to submit supporting documentation before funds are released. pkr36 aims to process verified withdrawal requests within the timeframes published in the cashier section. Withdrawals will generally be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to technical and regulatory constraints.

Players are solely responsible for any taxes, levies, or duties payable on winnings in their jurisdiction. pkr36 does not deduct taxes at source on player withdrawals but makes no representation regarding each player's individual tax obligations.

pkr36 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, free spins, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual offer, as well as the general bonus terms set out in this section.

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the specific promotion's terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the stated validity period.
• Bonus Validity: Bonuses that are not used or for which wagering requirements are not met within the stated validity period will expire and be removed from the player's Account automatically.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Contribution rates per game category are published in the bonus terms for each promotion. Live casino games and certain table games may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all.
• Maximum Bet Restriction: While a bonus is active, a maximum single-bet or spin limit applies as stated in the relevant promotion's terms. Bets in excess of this limit placed while a bonus is active may result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided.
• Bonus Abuse: pkr36 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk betting patterns designed to clear wagering requirements, use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, and any form of coordinated exploitation of promotional offers. pkr36 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings where abuse is identified.

pkr36 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time. Changes to ongoing promotions will be communicated with reasonable notice where possible.

All bets and wagers placed on pkr36 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game or betting market, as published on the Platform. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms & Conditions, these Terms & Conditions shall prevail unless the game-specific rules expressly state otherwise.

Sports Betting: All sports bets are settled in accordance with the official result of the relevant event as determined by the relevant governing body. pkr36 reserves the right to void bets where an event is cancelled, abandoned, or where settlement data is unavailable within a reasonable period following the scheduled conclusion of the event.

Casino & Live Casino: All casino games use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) that are independently audited for fairness. Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages represent long-term theoretical averages and are not a guarantee of individual session outcomes.

• pkr36 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, including bets placed at incorrectly displayed odds or on markets opened in error.
• Bets placed after an event has concluded, or where the outcome is already known, will be voided.
• pkr36 may impose maximum bet limits on individual players or games at its sole discretion.
• System or technical faults during a game round will be resolved in accordance with the relevant game provider's malfunction policy. pkr36 will not be liable for losses resulting from technical malfunctions beyond its reasonable control.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pkr36 Platform:

• Using any automated software, bot, script, or artificial intelligence tool to interact with the Platform, place bets, or manipulate game outcomes.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or system vulnerabilities. Any player who identifies an error must report it to pkr36 support immediately and must not attempt to exploit it.
• Using the Platform to launder money or conduct any other financial crime. pkr36 maintains anti-money-laundering (AML) procedures and will report suspicious activity to the relevant authorities.
• Registering more than one Account or using another player's Account credentials.
• Providing false information during registration or verification.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, threatening behaviour, or abusive communication directed at pkr36 staff or other players.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or copy any part of the Platform's software or content.

pkr36 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and to providing players with the tools and support necessary to maintain control over their gambling activity. Gambling is intended to be an entertainment activity. If gambling ceases to be enjoyable or begins to cause financial or personal harm, players are strongly encouraged to use the responsible gaming tools available within their Account.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. This licence does not include any right to:

• Reproduce, copy, distribute, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform.
• Create derivative works based on any Platform content.
• Use any data mining, scraping, or similar automated data extraction tools on the Platform.
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices on Platform content.

Any unauthorised use of pkr36's intellectual property will result in immediate Account suspension and may give rise to legal action.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pkr36 shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings, loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

pkr36 does not warrant that the Platform will be available on an uninterrupted, timely, or error-free basis. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical faults, or circumstances beyond pkr36's reasonable control may temporarily affect the availability of the Platform.

pkr36's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your pkr36 Account during the twelve-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

pkr36 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and should be read in conjunction with them. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

pkr36 implements industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect your personal and financial data. However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and pkr36 cannot guarantee the absolute security of data transmitted to or from the Platform.

pkr36 will not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties except as required by law, as necessary to provide the Services, or as described in the Privacy Policy.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which pkr36's international gaming licence is issued.

By agreeing to these Terms & Conditions, you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts or dispute resolution bodies of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute arising in connection with these Terms & Conditions, subject to any mandatory consumer protection provisions that may apply in your country of residence.

Nothing in this clause shall limit pkr36's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction where necessary to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.

pkr36 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. Where amendments are material, pkr36 will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice via email to your registered address or via an in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the pkr36 Platform following publication of any revised Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your Account by contacting pkr36 support.
